UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. is the authorized planning consultant for Centurion (Dundas) Holdings Limited who is the owner of 71 Main Street and 10 Baldwin Street in Dundas, Ontario.
The owner proposes to develop the subject property with a nine (9) storey, 73 unit residential building.
To facilitate this proposal, applications were submitted to the City of Hamilton in the summer of 2014 to amend the City’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law. These applications were submitted by IBI Group and in November, 2014, the owner authorized UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. to be the new authorized planning consultant acting on their behalf.
